It's for my daughter — she doesn't tolerate
dairy or
soy and I'm still nursing her.
I love this protein powder, I have tried many vegan protein powders
and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin,
soy or gluten after I found out that I am allergic to
dairy,
soy, gluten, sunflower seeds, green beans, yeast
and basically everything good
and this is by far
and wide the best.
Not only is it free of
dairy and soy, which is great for us, it doesn't have all the other additives
and artificial ingredients other substitute margarines
do!
In fact, I chose this recipe for this occasion because it exemplifies that even though we have a peanut,
soy, egg
and dairy allergy in the house... we don't miss out on anything around here.
So I finally went to the doctor
and she referred me to GI dr, but had me start on an elimination diet - no
dairy,
soy or peanuts (because I had eaten a lot of peanutbutter during the time I
did a food diary) until the app» t. My youngest son has chronic constipation as well as nasal congestion
and post-nasal drip.
They're
dairy free,
soy free, gluten free... SUPERDELICIOUS... (i swear I am uninvolved with that company
and don't get kickbacks, I just really REALLY love their chocolate
and, given my job, have seen a LOT of chocolate)
Also, you can
do a search for products by allergy, including gluten, casein /
dairy, lactose, nuts, corn,
soy, pepper, garlic,
and mustard.
I used
soy milk instead of almond, used double the amount of baking powder because I
did not have any baking soda, used 1 egg as I found the mixture to be extremely crumbly,
and used dark choc chips which sadly
did contain
dairy (it's all I had in my pantry, a day before pay day) BUT these were still some kick ass cookies.
All of our products, with the exception of our Power Snacks, Coconut Chips,
and Superfood + snacks are packaged onsite at our Novato California facility
and we
do not source, handle, or offer anything that contains peanuts, gluten / wheat,
soy, corn or
dairy.
But what is a
dairy and soy - intolerant person to
do?
I don't normally buy vegan yogurt unless it's on sale but sometimes I miss it, so it's the best
dairy - free
and soy - free option, trust me!
Rich Whip is non
dairy and does not use
soy.

and BTW — if you didn't know, if you or your baby has a cows milk protein /
dairy allergy: You must also stay away from
Soy products.
This whole time we have been

and ebooks but would appreciate more recipes that are
soy free, gluten free,
dairy free,... even have trouble with quinoa

So I was pretty excited when I discovered Pana Chocolate as not only
does it contain no refined sugar, gluten,

soy, it also has a rich fudgey texture
and literally melts in your mouth!

and other Nut Milks Vegan milk substitutes made from almonds or other nuts, such as cashew milk have a creamy consistency similar to a thick
soy milk
and a nutty taste perfect for making vegan fruit smoothies or other creamy drinks
and desserts, though they don't taste much like
dairy milk,
and are best in non-savory dishes.
Here are my favorite snacks, many of which are

and easily adaptable to other special diets... Energy bites Balls consisting of oats, nut butter (I
do peanut butter), ground flax seeds, chocolate chips (I use
