Though it is seen most often in Indian food, ghee can be used in place
of dairy butter for most applications and it is becoming increasing popular among the casein - free community.
And since it is all - natural and completely raw, our organic cocoa butter makes a fantastic

non dairy butter rather than coconut oil.
It won't behave quite the same way
