I have also considerably reduced my
dairy intake, I gave up milk completely and now I only have a little bit of feta cheese and
butter once

It can easily be made vegan, too, by adding extra olive oil to replace the
butter, and serving
dairy - free toppings
in place of the cheddar cheese and sour cream, or skipping them entirely.

I needed this to be completely
dairy - free, so I used unsalted margarine
in place of the
butter and whipped topping instead of heavy cream (people have also suggested nondairy creamer or coconut cream, but I didn't have any handy!)

in frostings with the spectrum palm oil.
Two chocolate chip cookies with a chocolate hazelnut

in challah, it would normally make the challah non-kosher — not
dairy, but actually not kosher.
