I love making it with chicken stock as well, but use water when I serve the quinoa in a dairy based meal (a kosher rule not to mix meat and
dairy dishes in one meal).

Black garlic goes really well with lamb, yogurt, and shellfish

I also didn't want to use too much cheese or
dairy in my
dish, so it was a really big challenge.
I can not eat cow
dairy so i substituted a tomato basil goat cheese crumble on top after baking mine

dairy in dishes and also want a quick, healthy recipe that your children will also adore, make this Quick Bolognese Sauce without milk or cream.
Ingredients: • 1 pound pasta (of your choice, gluten free works well with this recipe) • 2 small acorn squash • 2 Tbsp olive oil • 1 medium onion • 1/3 cup fresh basil — washed and chopped • 1 tsp salt • 1 Tbsp coconut oil • 1 cup soft goat cheese • 1 - 2 Tbsp rice milk (original and unsweetened) Please note: the last 3 ingredients can be replaced with one cup of heavy cream if cow
