I'm very new to gluten /
dairy free diet which I'm testing because of bad stomach problems I've had for too long now (and already feeling better after only two weeks:)-RRB- So I've never used buckwheat flour in my life and not sure how it differs from «normal» flour x

diet which was also
dairy, gluten and sugar

I have always loved a good fruit crumble, however the traditional recipe calls for butter, wheat flour and oats — all of
which are not compatible ingredients for a
dairy and gluten
free diet.
You may have noted that since beginning my blog, my recipes have made a turn from simply
dairy free (
which, by definition is a
diet free of cow's milk products) to a casein
free diet.
I noted the traces of milk, almonds and hazelnuts —
which means this would not be suitable for
dairy free diets or nut
free presumably?
They are made with wholesome ingredients and grain,
dairy & nut
free which means that I can eat them around Josiah without fear that he will have an allergic reaction... but sadly, not share with him since sugar is not a part of his healing
diet (they do contain maple syrup, cocoa powder & chocolate chips).
I'm
dairy -
free (definitely highly sensitive, possibly allergic) and interested in gluten -
free, and I'm finding myself on many specialty
diet websites like yours
which are amazing & inspiring.

I can't find this info anywhere, and all I know is that I am getting worse.Been on a paleo
