haha I'm on a 60 day no
dairy thing (to be sure it's what's causing some
issues — sad face) and I am all about creative ways to
get my fix!!
AND I did have to drop
dairy due to a breastfeeding
issue, so this recipe was there to
get me through it!
I am on a trial run of a gluten / sugar /
dairy free diet, due to health
issues... to see if my symptoms
get better, anyhow I am super picky about my bread... I do nt like it dry.

Dairy farm,
get A-2 milk every two weeks and make milk Kefir for my entire family, there is also a brand at Sprouts called A-2 it's whole milk, always use whole milk because the Kefir grains eat the milk Lactose & fat to grow the good bacteria.

dairy as well as with gluten?
Uh — especially mucus - producing food, so like
dairy and things coz anytime you
get more mucus that could go in the ear and that can create
issues.
And this is more specific to people that if they're just going to go off the rails, they are going to do or
get it possibly
get exposed maybe a cross-reactive
issue with
dairy or egg or soy or gluten or casein peanuts, things like that.
The temporary benefits of leaving store - bought cows milk seem to be negated by all the inflammation and hormonal
issues you
get with
dairy alternatives!
Some dogs have no
issues digesting
dairy in any form, but lactose intolerant dogs
get a lot of intestinal distress when they ingest
dairy.
While allowances are
issued by the government, offsets are created by green entrepreneurs who proactively save endangered forest or invest in equipment to suck the methane out of
dairy barns or restructure rice paddies so they don't
get waterlogged.
