For those who are already eating a completely vegetarian diet, the next step perhaps is eliminating
dairy part of the time.
If I also the whole
cow dairy part when I would talk about human milk versus cow milk, it was almost like they have never even thought about it before.
(My brain goes to CHEESE!?!? But there goes the no -
dairy part of it all!!!)
