My advice is man up, and get it down, for a non
dairy protein coupled with pea protein you can't go far wrong with this product.

I've made some changes in the last
couple years to swap a lot of my
dairy eating out — i.e. I use plant - based
protein powders now & I've been eating
dairy free yogurt most of the time — and at this point, all that's really left is eating ice cream & cheese.
Alternating different fruits and vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, and
protein foods (including
dairy) each day (or at least every
couple of days) also ensures that you take in a wide variety of nutrients.
10 am — Smoothie — This morning, I put a scoop of Designs for Health
Dairy Free Vanilla
protein powder in the blender, a scoop of fiber powder, a
couple leaves of fresh kale, 1/4 of a large avocado, about 1/2 cup frozen peaches and about 1/4 to half a cup of frozen pineapple.
Sometimes we have comments on here with the sentiment that people are just being willfully ignorant if they're eating unhealthily, but with all the misinformation in the lay media pointing to chicken, fish,
dairy, eggs as being healthy «lean»
proteins,
coupled with a universal love for «healthy» fats like olive oil, and now coconut oil, I really sympathize with people who might really think they're eating well but remain unhealthy and overweight.
