I find that many children don't do well with

I currently feel that I do best on my own (non-named) gut healing protocol which includes tons of veggies, some fruit, eggs on a rotational basis (
as I suspect a
sensitivity), lots of bone broth, no
dairy except occasional cooking with ghee, no refined sugar except the occasional bit of dark chocolate, no grains except the occasional serving of quinoa that has been soaked for 6 - 8 hours, and limiting alcohol intake.

But that's not the case for those of us who have a milk allergy or

as dairy, eggs, nuts or soy); or high in inflammatory fats like trans fats, and industrial oils like canola and corn oil, may all contribute to increased inflammation.
Nevertheless, you should ensure that your fluffy friend is not intolerant to lactose,
as dairy can result in
sensitivities in certain dogs.
Grains (especial wheat and barley)
as well
as dairy products (like yogurt and cottage cheese) are common foods that cause
sensitivities.
If your dog has a history of
