The cider vinegar and non
dairy milk make a great buttermilk
substitute that helps
add flavor that's list when the eggs are left out.
for the buttermilk,
add 1 tsp of lemon juice to a measuring cup, then top off with almond milk to equal one cup (or
dairy free milk of your choice)... for your butter;
substitute coconut oil or Earth Balance buttery sticks.

Rather than giving a milk bottle, I chose to
substitute this feed by offering the twins their water bottles and
adding in extra
dairy during the day.

dairy intolerant
One tip I'd
add — For the sugar /
dairy sensitive gals out there I'd recommend
substituting with almond milk and stevia or agave nectar.
For example,
add 1 cup of coconut milk to the sauce in a curry recipe, use it as the base of a smoothie or bake with coconut milk as a higher - calorie
substitute for
dairy milk.
Note: If you do not eat

substitute the greek yogurt for no sugar
added coconut yogurt and a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
