projects to connect hunters, anglers, bird watchers, and other outdoor enthusiasts to untapped State - owned lands; providing for air monitoring infrastructure and information technology investments; and health and
safety repairs for
dams, State lands, fish hatcheries, and other State infrastructure.
Once a
project is licensed and operating, we counsel hydropower licensees on day - to - day regulatory compliance and
dam safety, market operations, and environmental compliance issues that come with owning and operating a hydropower plant.
