If I do it in the microwave I like to do it in maybe 1.5 cup increments at 50 - 55 seconds with a slight
damp paper towel over it.
I ended up putting
a damp paper towel over them, and put them in the fridge for 12 hours.
If you live in a more dry climate, lay down
a damp paper towel over the dough you're not using to keep it moist and pliable.
