for dandelions... I go out and freshly harvest the delicious (barely bitter) leaves and dig up the
root with a «weed digger»....
For me, giving up caffeine and getting healthy liver cleansing
dandelion root into my body every day is a win - win!
For the past few years I was a fan of Dandy Blend, which is a coffee substitute made with
dandelion root, chicory, and a few other ingredients that are processed, freeze dried and turned into a powder that makes a pretty decent instant latte, without any actual coffee in it.
While I'm no professional and would definitely say to ask your doctor before trying anything knew, I found that taking milk thistle twice a day,

for half an avocado here or there — and a few sprouted nuts a day — helped me best.
