The shelter may determine that this
animal is too
dangerous and will
humanely euthanize the
animal or seek an alternative facility or rescue organization for its care.
If the owner of a dog that has been designated as
dangerous is unwilling or unable to comply with the requirements of this section, said dog shall then be
humanely euthanized by an
animal shelter,
animal control agency or licenced veterinarian, after a 14 - day holding period.
