So I made these a few days ago, only changed the recipe to 2 tbsp
dark cocoa powder (I only had vanilla protein
powder), used SF carmel syrup
instead of the maple, and melted the
dark chocolate with just almond milk and left out coconut oil.

dark chocolate and dip the chilled truffles in it
instead of rolling them in
cocoa powder and confectioner's sugar.
