Step 10: I used
the darkest eyeshadow as an eyeliner, but at the outer corner of my upper eyelids, I also used a liquid eyeliner, just to get a bit more definition.
But do not put on
dark eyeshadow.
I like using
a dark eyeshadow (shade 4) and just applying it near my lashline to add more dimension to my eyes and also make my eyelashes look fuller.
Dark eyeshadow can make your eyes look more sunken than they truly are, especially if you have extended the color onto the lower lids.
It is possible to combine it even with
dark eyeshadows — don't hesitate to do two accents in your makeup, but give up on blush.

It's a very striking and bold look especially if you have
a dark eyeshadow base, so you might want to keep the rest of your face fairly neutral.
I talked with some make - up artists and they told me what they thought was best, some even just used
a dark eyeshadow to fill in the eyebrow, which TOTALLY works!
You have no idea what you can do with a simple eyeliner - pencil, a liquid eyeliner and
dark eyeshadows...
Focus on this area, applying deeper,
darker eyeshadows, to achieve depth and dimension to your eye look.
I love to put it all over my entire eyelid before adding
any darker eyeshadow along my upper lash line and smudging it for a natural smokey eye look.
If you want to create the illusion of a fuller bottom lip, take a liner pencil, dip it in
a dark eyeshadow color (a deep brown with no shimmer) and apply it in a small line directly under your bottom lip.
Do
a darker eyeshadow from the middle of the eyelid and outwards.
