There was competition of the olympic sort as my mind shifted from work, to email, conference calls, newscasts, the landscaping project underway, my son's spelling test, mapping out summer camps, my sister's birthday, making it to the gym on time, dentist appointments,
cleaning the house since apparently we seem to be one of the only people left on the planet who scrubs our own
toilets these
days, to Easter, and oh, my mother in law is coming in a week (yay!).
With staff, you not only have to factor in pay, but other things that make their working
day a little more pleasurable: tea, coffee, milk and sugar, and (in our case) LOTS of biscuits, as well as things like
cleaning products and
toilet roll.
Finally, about the 4th
day of
cleaning icky underwear I made him watch me
clean them in the
toilet and made a huge production and from that
day on no more pooey underwear.
I was not too keen on the thought of
cleaning a little plastic potty all
day at the beginning and bought the child - sized ring for the regular
toilet.
By allowing a fellow motorist to merge in front of me, asking the grocery store clerk about her
day,
cleaning the
toilet without provocation, I am able to simply express my appreciation for others and perhaps brighten another's
day.
In fact, I spent most of the
day getting a very close view of just how badly the inside of the
toilet needed to be
cleaned.
As I prepare to lead the FxNA Autumn
Cleanse (we start tomorrow and the materials are available immediately upon registration) I'm acutely focused on the role of the large intestine and the signs of my own health that I leave behind in the
toilet each
day.
Believe it or not, you don't need to move to some expensive resort on a mountaintop, or spend literally the entire
day on or near the
toilet to do a detox or
cleanse.
Use the special hamster litter which you can purchase from pet stores, and
clean the
toilet every other
day.
If your hamster is particularly
clean and only uses one area as a
toilet (as many do) then you may be able to leave it a little longer providing you
clean the
toileted area every few
days and
clean the cage floor twice a week or at least once week.
The newly refurbished showers and
toilets are located centrally and are
cleaned several times a

On the plus side nobody has to be told to go to the
toilet or
clean themselves, and they only need food and water once a
day.

The calendar gave an activity for each
day such as «Monday — sort 1 drawer in the kitchen», «Tuesday — sweep the patio», «Wednesday —
clean the master bath
toilet», etc..
Another quick
cleaning idea to daily would be a He» swish & swipe of the
toilets each
day.
I glanced down at my grubbiest of grubby sweats and thought that I currently looked more like I should be
cleaning toilets (which is what I'd been doing earlier that
day!)
just the other
day I saw where someone had used
toilet bowl
cleaner on the dirty grout on her floor.
I also agree that if you tell me I have to do something like
clean the
toilets on a given
day... there is just enough rebellion in me that I won't want to do it that
day.
