Not on purpose, I simply have been living the low carb / borderline
keto lifestyle for so long I find myself never having breakfast and feeling good with one or two
meals a
day.
It's generally suggested that especially starting out, you stick to 3
meals a
day, about 3 - 4 hours apart with little to no snacking in - between if you can help it (though if you do need a little something to tide you over, check out the
keto - friendly snack list below).

However, what I've learnt is that once you get
keto - adapted, you don't need to eat many small
meals a
day to stay sated.
Day 2 on
Keto and been following your
meal plan.
I love ketogenic lifestyle for a few reasons: firstly, food is more satiating, I can eat just once or twice a
day; then - it help me fighting with my ED problems; and of course,
keto meals are super delicious, I love fat!
Good nutritional planning is essential in the
keto adaption process; you should plan each
day's
meals and snacks and make sure that they fit in with your macros.

I had chosen giving up sugar and only eating one

I've been studying up on
Keto and IF for the better part of two years and this is the first time I recall hearing the position that eating the same
meal later in the
day produces a higher insulin response.
I also do better on a moderate carb rather strictly
keto diet, so every
day as part of my one main
meal I have something like 3/4 cup of some kind of healthy complex carbs like sweet potatoes which I serve with butter and / or coconut oil, half a tablespoon of turmeric, plenty of black pepper and salt.
