This is comfort food at its best, as far as I am concerned... Updated on December 1, 2016 with new pictures: I can't believe that I did a post with just hardly three lines as text during the first month of blogging... Tuna cutlets are definitely my favorite anytime, mainly due to the ease of making it, as well as the delicious taste anytime of the day.

I wouldnt go back to my office job ever but the one nice thing was that I always knew that I was done and free from 5 pm until 9 am the next day whereas with blogging (and I'm running both a food and a travel blog) it seems that theres a never ending amount of stuff I could be doing or improving, that it makes it hard to just put out of your mind sometimes.
We always end up laughing the day away and talking blogging when we get together as well as sharing our love of good food and shopping.
