every day post workout, for a mid-morning or afternoon snack, to stay energized when travelling, or when your hunger creeps up on you between meals.
It's not until after we are all sorts of sore two
days post workout that it might cross our mind that warming up before hand would have been a smart idea.

day, get so much done & still manage to fit in healthy eating &
workouts, this is going to sound a little silly but it was beginning to drive me mad that I'm unable to do half of what it seems they can, I keep forgetting that I only see the bits they're willing to share & that they could have help in achieving these things!!

If you work out intensely, or moderately for longer than 60 to 90 minutes or if you work out multiple times a
day, eating a
post workout meal within 30 minutes of exercise and a second meal an hour or two of that will produce faster recovery.

I get a huge chunk of my calories every
day from making my own «calorie bomb» smoothie for

I usually take it immediately
post workout and then before bed, unless I work out twice (which is most
days now!)
Also, make sure to eat high - quality protein sources throughout the

workout, it all gets lost and reversed back to were i started - because i consume so little protein

post workout with water to allow fastest absorption, and take your protein (s) with milk or soy milk at other times of the
