days He rose from the dead — proving He is the... Son of God, God The Son, The 2nd person of the Holy Trinity, I am He — God eternal, Creator of the Universe, Savior of the World.
They are confounded by the claim that God is specifically located in a particular person» with a birthday and a birthplace, a nationality, a genealogy, and a biography, as summarized in the Apostles» Creed, of one «who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried... [and] on the third
day rose from the dead.»
Jesus reminds the disciples that what was written about him must be fulfilled, and continues: «Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third
day rise from the dead, and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

If they believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of all mankind, and if they believe that three
days after his death, Jesus Christ

dead and if they believe all of these things, but don't believe in Jesus for eternal life, that person is not saved.
