I
like to keep a container of the tuna salad already prepared in the fridge, and take out when I want a quick lunch or an easy

Many consumers are more frequently choosing to eat breakfast on - the - go, while others
like to
snack on breakfast items purported perceived as healthier than
snacks like chips and biscuits throughout the
day.
When I have a satisfying breakfast
like the smoothie bowl shown below, or a power bowl with eggs and greens
like this one, then my need / desire to
snack throughout the
day is so much less.
I used to be hooked on sugary granola,
like snacking on it out of the box throughout the
day and using it as my more healthy sugar fix that really wasn't that healthy.
With nutrient - dense additions
like gelatin and maca powder, smoothies make an easy
snack or breakfast addition on busy
days.
Like I said in my last Frappuccino recipe post, when I work from home I tend to not drink all of my coffee and then use what's left to blend up into a smoothie with Skoop vegan protein as a mid-morning or afternoon
snack (depending on how the
day goes).
So I'd
like to do one
day where I make certain
snacks for the week in advance.
