this is on a 5
day BLS split with no cardio at the moment.
I
split them up throughout the
day but you can take them all at once if you wanted to... and, you can easily take these on an empty stomach with absolutely no issues... which is a
blessing for me!
So today I began a 4
day split based on
BLS and completed my first chest and triceps routine, which went really well.
I'm in the middle of
BLS and precisely following the 5 -
day split.
I am 50 in pretty good shape what is your workout
