I need to start
the day with a gratitude list lately because from all the worrying and griping I've done this month you would think I don't have anything to say thank you about!
I'm not sure how you are all coping but I've found that starting and ending
each day with gratitude for what's right in my world helps dramatically.
I get to do what I love and therefore I start
each day with gratitude for the blessings in my life.
Then, end
your day with gratitude.
Get into the habit of turning your phone on airplane mode a few hours before bed, diffusing some calming essential oils in your bedroom, and finishing
your day with a gratitude practice or relaxing meditation.

I don't know how many people are able to do that, so each
day I'm filled
with gratitude for the life I have.

I am grateful to have met these parents
with greater struggles than mine who are, nonetheless, filled
with gratitude —
gratitude for being able to make food for their children each
