When you think about it, cats in general — not just black ones — can and do scare the living
daylights out of a lot of people.

I pull the black -
out curtains shut during the afternoon to block
out a
lot of the
daylight for nap time, and in the morning, as the sun is coming up, they're a lifesaver for blocking most
of that bright morning light that would otherwise wake her up like a rooster at 5 am.

(this stems from a bad experience she had with a neighbor who 1 smoked a
lot of the stuff and 2 scared the lvijgn
daylights out of her for fun when I wasn't home.
Lot of reason to celebrate in May....5 birthdays, Mother's Day, watching the leaves begin to unfold, flowers poking up
out of the garden and
daylight til after 8 pm!!
