I made this recipe up on the fly with a new
seasoning mixture that I had been wanting to try out — a new jar of Herbes
de Provence — absolutely delicious, extremely aromatic, and a perfect compliment to chicken.
Instead of Italian
seasoning, I used a dried Herbes
de Provence.
