A good buyer's agent will be a «
Deal Killer» so they will want the best
inspectors to protect their buyer's interests.
Unfortunately most agents are NOT interested in suggesting a home
inspector that is known as «The
Deal Killer» so their name will NEVER be on the Realtor's list even though they could be considered the best.
However, upon conducting a thorough so - called «home inspection» by an
inspector recommended by me (due to his reputation as a
deal killer, which I like... he even killed a
deal of my mother's when he disclosed a septic field problem that I was unaware of... which was why I used him thereafter when I could in support of «my» buyer clinets» interests), it was found that there would be more to repairing the foundation than first thought by my buyers.
