When it comes to
dealing with creditors you should know that you have rights and that their
collection actions are restricted to legal boundaries set in the Fair
Debt Collection Practices Act.
The most straightforward way to
deal with debt in
collections is to pay off what you owe.
Both consumer proposals and bankruptcy: stop wage garnishments; stop
collection calls;

debts, and give you a fresh start.
They are centered, energized and resilient in the face of strong feelings — the same mentality you must have when
