since at least 2004, according to Transunion, a credit bureau.
Per capita credit card
debt among those who carry a balance is up by roughly 9 %
since 2013 and total outstanding revolving
debt, which mostly comprises credit card
debt, is up by about 20 % over that same time, according to the latest data released by the Federal Reserve.
