as a younger man (Jude Law) talks to the hotel's owner (F. Murray Abraham), who in turns tells a story from 1932, involving the legendary concierge Monsieur Gustave (Ralph Fiennes) and his
sidekick «lobby boy» Zero (Tony Revolori).
