Whether you should take regular or decaf coffee doesn't really matter because the laxative effective of coffee doesn't come from the caffeine content, but rather from other numerous compounds found in coffee, most notably chlorogenic acid.

I've tried snacking on a few squares of
coffee - studded dark chocolate and banana bread made with (
decaf)
coffee grounds (my
coffee - hating husband ate it and didn't even notice there was
coffee in it)(HA), but I'm never fully satisfied.
I love
coffee, but it doesn't really love me (unless it's

decaf coffee showed similar results, researchers
do nt think caffeine is at work.
If you
do get caffeine or
decaf coffee, you got to make sure it's a Swiss water process, not the benzene or methyl chloride process that's involved in decaffeinated
coffee in the past.
Typically,
decaf coffee is sprayed in a much higher rate with various pesticide compounds because the
coffee doesn't have that caffeine; so it can be attacked by mold and other things.
So in an ideal scenario, what you would
do is you would have a little bit of
coffee each day, mostly caffeinated other than those couple of weeks where you're switching to
decaf but then you would switch farther and farther as you go on through your day to closer to bedtime, tea sources preferably like a high L theanine containing source of tea like green tea and you would kinda combine both of those that you're getting the ultimate and cognitive performance that
coffee in the morning, the L theanine throughout the day, as kinda like a slow bleed as you're drinking your green tea and then every couple of weeks, you switch to
decaf coffee but you can still continue to drink that green tea because that L theanine doesn't have the same effect on your adenosine receptors or on your adrenal glands so now you know everything you need to know about biohacking your life with
coffee and tea.
BP's a little pricy for me, but I
do buy their
decaf, which is
done without chemicals as opposed to the highly chemical - ized typical way of separating the caffeine out of
coffee.
However, don't use
decaf coffee, as the chemicals used to filter caffeine out are even more toxic to your egg and sperm health.

doing the same trouble with same
coffees but
decaf if possible and get the caffeine out of there is maybe a confounder.
All of the studies were
done on caffeinated
coffee vs.
decaf, minus any sugar, artificial sweeteners and creamers.
So, try cutting back to 1/2 the number of cups or switching to 1/2 caff
coffee and then
decaf before stopping if you
do.
This is because most studies assess
coffee intake without distinguishing between regular and
decaf coffee, and some don't even include
decaf coffee.
Personally, I mix a teaspoon of ground organic green
decaf tea a teaspoon of hibiscus powder and 1 bag of regular organic green tea and boil it keeping a close eye on it so it doesn't overflow, then put it into a glass with some cooler water, add a teaspoon of; turmeric, gooseberry powder, barberry powder, berberine extract, black pepper, and a couple of teaspoons of
coffee.
Don't shove
coffee beans up your car pipe to
decaf them.
We just don't see any reason to drink
decaf when you can enjoy naturally caffeine - free herbal
coffee.

coffee or caffeine of any kind for 5 days, and then have your
