Hey, if you just like the
taste of
coffee and don't really need the caffeine fix, why not go
decaf?
This can make
decaf coffee more pleasing to those who are sensitive to the bitter
taste and smell of regular
coffee.
I have a cup of
decaf every morning because I love the
taste of
coffee, but if the whole fat - burning idea is predicated on caffeine, then would being decaffeinated be counter productive in this case?
