The second
decent Sonic game in as many months?
I think things could have been different had Sega released
a decent Sonic game early on.
It's always a pleasant surprise to find
a decent Sonic game after the series» glory days.
Or any other
decent Sonic game.
It's been just over 10 years since Sonic Adventure graced our Dreamcasts and Sega has realized since they can't make
a decent Sonic game anymore they might as well port over an old one people liked.

Sonic is an exception, because we thought that would actually be a

sonic games are short, period, they have 7 zones, three acts each... thats why unleashed had the werehog, was to give it a
decent length, the episode format is just so they have an excuse to not come up with a gimmick...

games present in a thousand mile radius, but for an average

game won't be profitable in the west.But if they had actually released it in the NA / EU regions it would have.Sega listen you guys have fucked yourselves big time.Not giving info to your fans in the west.Ignoring pleas for even some tidbits by

sonic games that no one really wants.These are some of the reasons you probably will not be profitable in the west with pso2.The interest in this
game outside of Japan and the handful of western fans is all but non existent.A
decent f2p mmo will make money in the west.Instead you are screwing yourselves out of profit to be made in the west.In the year + you were silent many many f2p titles have been released.Some being actually good.So now there is a lot of competition and still no western release.By next year it will be more.I was excited for this
game but I wont download the jp version.And honestly if you released the
game in NA, I'll most likely just pass on it now.I was once a fan of the pso franchise.Now I have given up on it and lost any faith in you sega as a company.
From
games that were
decent in their day but aged horribly (
Sonic Adventure) to flat - out stinkers (
Sonic Boom: The Rise of Lyric),
Sonic has become something of a joke.
Whether it be playing as multiple characters in the earlier
games, the sword in
Sonic and the Black Knight or the werehog in Unleashed, they were all generally
decent games let down quite a bit by a badly shoved in gimmick nobody really wanted.
