I don't touch cow's dairy and don't give it to my small kids but we consume a
decent amount of sheep / goats dairy (mainly yogurts and
cheese) so I assume seeing we seem to tolerate lactose and proteins
of the above, there shouldn't be an issue with larger proteins / growth hormones in the dairy
of animals who are similar size / weight
of humans?
Yes, you need a
decent amount, but if you have a protein source made out
of real food for every meal, like a steak, feta
cheese, ground meat, etc., you'll be fine.
