Fall is here and I LOVE
decorating for this
season because there's endless possibilities of things you can do to spread ghoulish cheer.
It's my favorite
season and I insist on

I've often wondered how people in warm places without the definite change in

season, starting a little early with
Fall.As I've mentioned before, I don't do a ton of
Fall decorating.
I chose to approach my
fall decorating in the same way I approach dressing
for this
season... layers, denim, and metallics
for a little glow.
Last week I started my
fall decorating in the kitchen, and this week I'm moving on to another fun space to
decorate for each
season, our dining room.
One of the very first things I do to
decorate for fall is to make a big wreath using elements of the
season!
I love the way it looks with the
fall colors right now, and I'm thinking it'll be a great backdrop
for Christmas
decorating too, where you could pair it with traditional reds, whites, silvers or golds... but one holiday
season at a time!
It does get me excited
for the
season of
Fall when I start seeing all the
decorating going on.

I am so sad that summer is ending, that I am planning to
decorate for Fall this weekend, to try to get excited
for the next
season.
But first, a word about
fall decorating from me... I absolutely love the change of the
season, love what
fall stands
for with the gathering together of family and friends in thanksgiving of our many blessing, and I love seeing and experiencing the colors of
fall outside but, sometimes the oranges, golds, and browns that come with the
season don't flow the best with my indoor color palette.
Since the temperatures decided it was
fall after a few days of late summer heat, I figured it was time to jump on the bandwagon and start
decorating for the
season.

Fall is by far my favourite however I have never
decorated for the changing
seasons until my eldest daughter turned 4 and really started to enjoy seeing everyones seasonal decor when we go visit our friends and family.
Whatever your attitude is towards
fall, there's no question that it's one of the easiest
seasons to
decorate for!
