decrease the rate of your metabolism, stick to a healthy
daily caloric intake (usually that's around 1,200 - 1,800 calories, depending on your nutritional needs) and be sure to eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, lean protein, and complex carbohydrates.
Depending on how big the difference between your
caloric intake and your total
daily energy expenditure, walking 10,000 steps might not be enough to trigger any
decrease in your fat tissue.
However, I am very unclear about something: if I practice a
daily 16:8 IF (skipping breakfast, no snacks, and eating a normal - portion LCHF lunch and dinner), isn't that in essence the «
caloric restriction» that causes metabolism to
decrease?
