your deep hip rotators.
Don't forget about your TA, your multifidi, your inner thighs, and
your deep hip rotators.
A weak piriformis (and other associated
deep hip rotators) can contribute to chronic knee problems and instability in standing poses, but it is easy to strengthen with careful attention to alignment in those same standing poses.
Can Sally contract her pelvic floor without contracting her glutes and other
deep hip rotators, like the piriformis?
