on how to flip frittatas), here are two options for you: Option one is to slide the frittata onto a plate (or, even better, a flat pot lid), take your
skillet off the
stove and place it upside down
on the plate (or lid), take a
deep breath, and swiftly invert it back into the pan and place the pan back
on the burner for another 2 minutes.
