zip file using a program like 7Zip and set it to extract in C: / adb, if that's
your default drive letter.

default, the driver automatically mounts and assigns
drive letters to your Linux partitions, so you don't have to do anything extra.
In the next dialog it asks you to assign it a
drive letter, you can accept the
defaults and click next.
When you get to the following window the
drive letter D will be selected by
default if you changed the
drive letters in the steps above.
