Traveling the vast light and dark worlds, scaling Death Mountain, and
defeating the evil Ganon are but a few of the highlights from Link's grandest adventure, and some of the most satisfying accomplishments in gaming.
It's pretty simple, and it's mostly a relic of the ages, but for those not aware, The Legend of Zelda is a video game about a boy named Link on his quest to find all the pieces of the Triforce of Courage in order to
defeat the evil Ganon and save Zelda, the princess of Hyrule.
Unlike the other games in this series, which star Link as the lead character, The Wand of Gamelon has the player controlling Princess Zelda herself as she embarks on a quest to
defeat the evil Ganon and save Link and her father, King Harkinian.
Breath of the Wild sees you take charge of Link and face the familiar task of
defeating the evil Ganon.

Although Link is able to
defeat Twinrova and save Zelda from the ritual, he can not stop the resurrection of
Ganon, as Twinrova ends up sacrificing their own body as a vessel for the
evil king.
Upon
defeating Ganon, you're given total free reign of Hyrule, so you can go back and finish up anything you may have missed without worrying about
Ganon's
evil reign blighting the landscape.
