This session will provide a review
of the requirements to complete the program; an explanation
of the parameters
of the
mentoring relationship; a review
of how to handle mentor turnover and / or a breakdown in the
relationship; identification
of the resources for the
mentoring curriculum; a review
of the millennial generation and their
defining characteristics; identification
of key
mentoring dynamics, skills, attitudes and behaviors to help participants build strong and effective
mentoring relationships; and participant questions and answers.
