I'm
definitely eating more than I would usually but I know it's what my body needs right now as I'm feeding Alex as well as myself, plus breastfeeding burns
calories so it's the best diet ever really.
I feel it requires
more effort in planning your nutrition and a little
more effort to
eat as much is required for the higher
calories needed for someone who works out hard but it's

more satiated on less food (I'm not tracking

If they don't
eat more fat than we need (which is very little, around 10 % of
calories OR LESS) then their blood sugars are fine, even if they
eat dozens of pieces of fruit per day, and even if they
eat table sugar (which is
definitely not healthy... but it will not cause sustained, elevated blood sugar spikes).
I already
eat a lot — I
DEFINITELY have over 2,200
calories a day, and it's probably closer to 3,000 or
more on heavier exercising days.
