I have several striped
dresses from Express from a few years ago that are still my favorite (in which I
wear a small in, so they're more relaxed), but this was
definitely not
like those.
I prefer to
wear them over more slouchy things
like dresses but it
definitely fit the vibe of this outfit as well tying it all together.
Summer fashion can be a little boring when it's so hot that all you want to
