ALBANY — Three weeks after Governor Andrew Cuomo's administration was engulfed in scandal over his office's handling of the Moreland Commission on Public Corruption, only a third of New Yorkers have heard of the now -
defunct ethics panel.
Talking to Bartiromo on Sunday, Cuomo stuck by his position that
the defunct ethics panel was a success, and that while legislative leaders didn't enact all of the ethics reform he had sought, lawmakers still approved a package of laws that moves things forward.
