OJEN / ROEJ is a group of educators and justice - sector volunteers who
work together to

Ever since a short volunteer stint at YMCA
Youth Council in 2008, I have been intrigued about this
work, and have spent the last 5 years
working diligently to create and
deliver programs related to areas such as health, fitness, drugs and violence, for both children and young adults.

youth from adverse physiological stress reactions (Chen et al., 2011; Brody et al., 2014) whereas parental maltreatment or other adverse events in childhood contribute to vulnerability to chronic diseases later in life (Repetti et al., 2002; Shonkoff et al., 2009).
It provides a unique resource for investigating the content of
youth work, how it is
delivered and the terms in which it is assessed, both in formal evaluations of its impact and by children and young people themselves.
Noelene Moses has
worked extensively with children and
youth in both government and non-government school sectors, writing,
delivering and training in emotional and social resilience workshops.
We also
work closely with area schools and other local and state agencies to
deliver evidence - based programs to promote healthy relationships and sexual decision - making and reduce risk for sexual assualt, sexually transmitted infections - including HIV - and pregnancy among
