Paleo food is nutrient
dense, so it alleviates malnutrition (and malnutrition is more commonplace than you'd think — even in the obese).
I try to keep my 20 as close to primal /
paleo as possible, like sweets that are nutrient
dense but every once in a while I want some rice with my mexican or asian
food.

Dr. Justin Marchegiani: A 100 %, because let's say your diet is 60 - 70 % crap and then you switch over to a
Paleo style of eating or a
Paleo template as I like to call it, where now you're eating nutrient -
dense, anti-inflammatory, low toxin
food.
The difference between other «diets» and a
Paleo diet is that the whole premise of eating
Paleo is to feed your body nutrient
