some depth out of this draft.

I imagine we will also be
drafting a RB at some point so If they don't pan
out or Foreman and a rookie looks better than expected, we basically have the option to cut the vet or Miller based on the scenario and still have plenty
of depth.
I've already addressed all
of the Bears pressing needs in this
draft, so from here on
out, I'm free to add as much talent as possible to stash on the
depth chart.
The fact is that he got injured and it enhanced the deficiencies
of this team (lack
of quality bench
depth) now think
of it this way, just to have the honor
of getting blown
out for 4 games we lose the ability to add a lottery pick that could potentially helped address that, and in beating Denver to force ourselves into that situation they will be afforded the opportunity to
draft another piece to the puzzle further enhancing their roster.
I don't think providing you with a full, seven - round mock
draft is necessary to demonstrate why I think the idea
of drafting a safety with our top
draft pick is stupid, which I laid
out in my initial post (the quality and
depth at safety vs. the lack thereof in the interior O - line), along with some
of my preferred alternatives at the top
of our
draft.
I'd hate to miss
out on a solid plug - and - play guy just because Rick thought the
depth of the
draft class would hold.
Depth is great, but so is getting solid starters
out of the
draft.

of depth at 4 - 3 ends in the 2014
draft, you wonder if Stanford's Trent Murphy is going to be worked
out at the position in the offseason process.
Without the deal Beane could work the comp system and fill
out his roster
depth with all the
draft picks, but once the deal was in place he had to use this picks to trade up so he changed plans and began filling
out depth in free agency because he just promised a bunch
of his picks to the Giants.
Together that sounds like it's possible to find three
out of four
of the big need positions in this
draft class on the first or second day and then spend the third day
drafting for
depth....
Milly's
