A double - edged sword At this early stage,
Descenders falls somewhat into the middle.
, as that will be the day
when Descenders bursts out of the PC soon to hit our consoles.
That actually breaks a few things —
descenders like the lowercase g in words like «Google» disappear in the app drawer, for example — but it should be easier on aging eyes.
RageSquid's sport
Descenders looks like a bizarre Mad - Lib creation, but it surely's very actual.
«We ran early versions of the game on our dev kit but it was painfully obvious that a Switch port is going to require a lot of work; performance is a huge bottleneck when
porting Descenders.
According to Ezendam, the development team has ran into issues
bringing Descenders to the Switch due to the system not being as powerful as the PS4 and Xbox One.
After a long hiatus,
Descender returns, not missing a beat with sales just over 15K for issue # 22 at # 137.
Image Comics had four titles in the top ten including Brenden Fletcher, Cameron Stewart, and Babs Tarr's Motor Crush Volume 1 at # 3; Jeff Lemire and Dustin Nguyen's
Descender Volume 4 at # 4; and Scott Snyder and Lemire's A.D.: After Death at # 9.
(And I'll happily
endorse Descender, in particular, as something well worth your time.)
Published by UK label No More Robots,
Descenders throws players into the high - octane world of downhill biking, where every jump, whip and scrub will earn Rep points for you and your team — but with the risk that you might lose it all with just one badly timed landing.

While the embryonic nature of most Early Access title makes them difficult to recommend,
Descenders easily offers enough enjoyment to justify it's purchase price.
But the recent Early Access release of
Descenders undoubted draws from the era, adding a wealth of contemporary design decisions while removing many of the tawdry elements.
But unlike the premade courses of old,
Descenders keeps things fresh with procedurally - generated routes across a quartet of different milieu.
