Luckily, I had
the desiccated coconut at hand and with some quick google search, I successfully made homemade coconut milk in a jiffy.
I rolled them in
desiccated coconut at the end as I just love everything coconut.

Desiccated coconut also contain vitamin B6, Vitamin B6 is found
at 1 % of recommended daily allowance and
at the same levels for thiamine and riboflavin with niacin
at slightly higher levels of 3 % of rda.
Roll them immediately in your preferred dry ingredient (
desiccated coconut, ground almonds, etc) or if you're going to coat them in chocolate, set them onto a tray lined with baking paper (you'll coat them all
at once after you've finished rolling).
