desiccated coconut and replaced the plain

Pour into dry ingredients, along with the
desiccated coconut, and stir until just combined and no streaks of
flour remain.
However, you can make your own
coconut «
flour» by grinding
desiccated coconut in a food processor until it resembles
flour.
However, you can use flax meal, nut
flour, or
desiccated coconut instead.
Add all the ingredients apart from the baking powder,
desiccated coconut,
flour and chocolate chips / chunks to a bowl and mix well.
Brazil nuts, which are a great source of selenium and magnesium, act as the «
flour» along with
desiccated coconut.
You can also decide not to use the
desiccated coconut, but then you'll have to add a bit more
flour, about 1/4 cup more.

If you do not have any
coconut flour to hand, you can use
desiccated coconut flakes, but you will need to use food processor or blender, to blitz them a bit in order to make the flakes as small as possible.
If you want the brownies to remain sugar free which includes all grain
flours however, you could try something like
coconut flour,
desiccated coconut, ground flaxseed or ground sunflower / pumpkin seeds.
